The Brazilian Portuguese and German localizations of the Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate exam will retire from the JVID视频 portfolio on December 31, 2025. Localized exams in Chinese Traditional, Spanish and Korean will remain available in market.

This change is part of an effort to refocus localization priorities and update the certification portfolio in line with global demand.

Action needed:

If you are in an impacted market, please communicate this change to customers to ensure that they complete testing for Meta exams in these languages prior to the end of 2025. You will receive an email with templates to assist you in communicating the change.

As part of this commitment, we are excited to announce that expiration dates have been added to most of our certification programs in the summer of 2025.

This update is designed to:

• Ensure the skills and knowledge validated by certification are always up to date.
• Ensure continued alignment to industry standards and current technologies.
• Increase credibility and drive additional value for certified individuals.

Expiration periods began appearing on certifications on June 18, 2025.

Test Candidates who have earned a certification before this date will see no change to their current certifications, nor will they expire. After this date, Test Candidates will start to see expiration information appear on our website and on their certificates.

Please note, Cisco Certified Support Technician expiration dates were implemented on July 15, 2025, with Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) following on September 23, 2025.

For most programs, the validity period will extend five years before they expire with some noted exceptions:

• Adobe Certified Professional will continue to expire after three years.
• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate will continue to expire after two years.
• Microsoft Fundamentals will not implement an expiration policy on their exams.
• IC3 Digital Literacy will not implement an expiration policy on their exams.

Apple has recently rolled out an update to Mac OS 15.4.1 or greater, which unfortunately causes issues with the launching of all Adobe exams using Compass for Mac. Our team technology team is working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we strongly advise you to avoid updating your machines to this version of Mac OS until we have released an update to fix the problem. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this critical issue.
