We aim to respond within one business day of receiving your query. Upon receipt, your submission will be reviewed by the Customer Service Team. At that time, they will either answer your question, ask for additional information, or route your request, concern, or comments regarding any issues throughout your exam experience to the appropriate department for review.
If your request, concern, or comments regarding any issues throughout your exam experience is routed for departmental review, it will be evaluated, and you will receive a response within 10 business days of the submission. This response will include either the result of the evaluation or an estimate of when you can expect a decision if more time is needed. Once a response has been made and sent, it will be regarded as final, and no further evaluation will occur.
