These updates will be made available in all languages on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025. This update affects only Compass for Windows which includes performance enhancements, security updates, and some bug fixes.

Release Overview

Portal Update Information:

These updates will be made available on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. They will not require any action by the end user to receive them. Portal comprises the authenticated (logged in) areas of www.certiport.com. This update includes performance enhancements and some bug fixes.

**Portal Release Details**

Specialty Credential Expiry Rules	We have updated the logic to be consistent across all specialty credentials in terms of their expiry dates.
Country on Score Reports	The Test Candidate’s country will now display as part of their address on their score report.
Accessibility Updates	We have improved a number of accessibility items related to screen readers.
New Localizations	Portal can now be displayed in Russian and Romanian.
My Profile – Preferences	This new tab will allow users to manage their communication preferences with JVID��Ƶ.

Compass Cloud Update: 11/19/2025

Release Overview

These updates were made available on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025. These updates enhance stability, security, performance, and usability of the system. Users do not need to take any action to receive these updates. Below is the list of improvements:

**Compass Cloud Release Details**

Updated “Restart Session’” to option	The “Restart Session” button has been updated to “Restart candidate’s virtual machine”. This change was to ensure that it was clear what the button would do.
(Japanese) Number of candidates field doesn’t support double-byte characters	Fixed.
(Japanese) IME not working as expected	Fixed.
Exam list will be sorted by Alphabetical order	The exam lists will be sorted by Program, and then by exam in alphabetical order. This enhancement will make it easier to find the exam you are looking for.

New Portal comprises the authenticated (logged in) areas of www.certiport.com that are currently under construction. This update includes performance enhancements and some bug fixes.

My Profile Tab Behavior	The way that each tab responds while in ‘edit’ mode has been unified. Users will be prompted to save their changes before navigating away.
User Migration Alert Banner	Users who will need to make changes to their account as part of our upcoming SSO efforts will be presented with a banner informing them of any actions they should take.
Accessibility Enhancements	We have improved the accessibility of multiple items to ensure screen readers provide a better experience for our users.
