A reminder and update for the upcoming JVIDÊÓƵ maintenance outage scheduled for June 20th, 2026. We have moved the window up 2 hours and the outage will occur during the following times:
Saturday, June 20, 2026
- Utah: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (MDT*)
- London: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Hong Kong: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM
This outage will affect Compass for Windows, Compass for Mac, Compass Cloud, Exams from Home, as well as Portal (the authenticated/logged in areas of our website).
*Daylight Saving Time is observed at the JVIDÊÓƵ office located in Lehi, Utah. Due to this, all actual start and stop times listed above will be in either Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), under the blanket of the Mountain Time (MT) Zone.
